Scope of Work

  • Hyperbolic cooling towers (4 units, hydraulic climbing slipform)
  • Reinforced concrete chimneys (2 units, 150 m, dual brick flues, tapered slipform)
  • Chimney design; concrete, brick, insulation, steel, painting and electrical works
  • Ash and wet ash silos, fuel tank foundations
  • Pump house, unloading structures and oil separator units
  • BY-PASS filters, backwash basins and process/non-process buildings

Comprehensive reinforced-concrete works for the plant's main and auxiliary units. We built four hyperbolic cooling towers (hydraulic climbing slipform) and two 150 m reinforced-concrete chimneys with dual brick flues (tapered slipform); the chimney design was carried out by our team. The scope also covered ash silos and numerous process and auxiliary structures.
